The XL Stardust Range of Serve Over Cabinets are suitable for a wide range of different retail environments. Specific models are tailored for Fresh Meat, Deli, Cheese, Hot Food and Wet Fish. All the displays are mainly constructed out of stainless steel.
They have been independently tested by Refrigeration Developments and Testing Ltd and are on the ECA list for 100 % capital allowances.
Both the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Q Guild of butchers use XL Displays

Flat glass is also an option if preferred. All the displays have double 'Food' lights. They can be supplied with integral or remote condensing units. The displays can incorporate ambient and heated sections as well as sandwich preparation areas and carvery stations. The displays are available with either XL's modern new easy clean low velocity blown air system or with a traditional coiled deck and back coil. The blown air systems are only recommended for customers who want to store food overnight on an almost 24/7 basis - depending on the circumstances of the shop this system might result in a slight drying of the product, as all blown air systems have a tendency to do.. All fish displays and traditional Butchers who clear their displays every night or who are happy to display food in them for up to three days before a defrost and clean are recommended to have the XL coiled deck - back coil system.
