| XL Free Standing Servery Counters and Salad Bars A simple cost effective way to sell and display a wide variety of prepared food , both hot and cold in a school, collage, hospital, hotel, club or a cafe environment. The best value free standing chilled or heated counter on the market today
Each display comes complete with an attractive full front or self service curved glass sneeze screen, the option of a simple 3 bar folding tray slide, and large commercial locking castors. ( feet are a no cost option ) The displays are designed to easily pass through a standard door allowing them to be used and then if required put away after a function or event. The displays may be very competitively priced but XL have not sacrificed on quality . all stainless steel used is 304 specification. The chilled wells are forced air and tested to EN441 M1 specifications .. The hot food is heated from above and below using tried and tested XL systems, quartz IR lights in the canopy and very effective XL elements under the food controlled by a simple 30C to 150C thermostat. The standard working height of the counters is 900mm but this can be altered to suit the customer and so for a primary school the height can be ordered at 700mm or 750mm as required.
